We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were good and we appreciated the air conditioning in the room. The closed parking was also a plus, and it made us feel secure. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they even recommended a great restaurant where we received a discount as hotel guests.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel had easy access to the highway and was conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to get around. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering assistance in English. the rooms were spacious and included useful amenities, such as air conditioning and a small fridge.
Some aspects of the hotel left something to be desired. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, with some evidence of dust and hair.

Landlady did not want to accept credit card although it was advertised on Booked.net that the cards are accepted. Her intention was to get cash and most probably withouth receipt. When I insisted and after unpleasant conversation she did it reluctantly but charged extra for a dog more than on a price list and rounded up the bill to about 64 eur instead of at most 60 including the dog. I gave up because this is not big money anyway but these were very cheap manners and such incident spoiled part of my day. There are other nice hotels in Nagykanizsa which I experienced so there is choice. I would recommend to avoid Oasis.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby restaurants and even providing a discount. The room was clean, and the breakfast was served in a cozy room with lovely decorations. The convenience of having private parking was also appreciated.
The walls were thin and could be an issue if you have loud neighbors. In my room, there were some details that needed attention, such as a loose toilet seat and shower door.
